Sharing a Design System

Often you want to create a design system, that can be used in multiple prototypes. To share a design system, you can simply import the prototype which contains the design systems into other prototypes. The components of the design system will be available in the widget menu. To create a design system follow these steps:

1. Create a new prototype and build your design system in there. Define all elements you want to reuse.
2. Create a second prototype.
3. Press W or select the icon. The widget menu will open
4. Click on the Import button. A list of prototypes will show up.
5. Select the design system prototype and press Save.
6. A new category will show up on the right side. Select it.
7. You can find here all the widgets you have defined on your design system.
